2. Job-Ready Guarantee
​Our goal is for every graduate to be “job-ready.” If, after completing all coursework and practice exercises, you do not feel prepared to begin entry-level work as a vehicle damage appraiser, we will provide additional support and mentoring at no extra cost until you are confident. Employment outcomes depend on many factors. If a student is unable to secure a position due to circumstances outside of AVDI’s control—including, but not limited to, criminal history, employer-specific physical requirements, resume or interview quality, or broader economic conditions—AVDI reserves the right to decline refund requests related to these circumstances.​
