1. 30-Day “Learn It or It’s Free” Guarantee
If you complete the course material within 30 days of enrollment and do not feel confident in your ability to perform a vehicle damage appraisal, you may request a full refund of your tuition.
Conditions:
- You must complete all required modules and practice assignments to be eligible.
- You must call GOAVDI at 928-970-0848 or otherwise email us at [email protected] with any request for course explanation of assistance during the learning process. We truly want you to succeed.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase.
2. Job-Ready Guarantee
Our goal is for every graduate to be “job-ready.” If, after completing all coursework and practice exercises, you do not feel prepared to begin entry-level work as a vehicle damage appraiser, we will provide additional support and mentoring at no extra cost until you are confident. Employment outcomes depend on many factors. If a student is unable to secure a position due to circumstances outside of AVDI’s control—including, but not limited to, criminal history, employer-specific physical requirements, resume or interview quality, or broader economic conditions—AVDI reserves the right to decline refund requests related to these circumstances.
Conditions:
- Applies only to students who have completed 100% of the course and practice work.
- Additional support may include one-on-one feedback, supplemental lessons, or extended mentorship access

- While AVDI provides one-on-one tutoring to help you understand estimation concepts and processes, we do not offer accredited training on specific appraisal software platforms (such as Mitchell, Audatex, Truck Est, Adjustrite, CCC One, and other relevant softwares). These programs are owned by third-party companies, and we are not legally licensed to provide their proprietary training or accreditations.
- If you wish to learn the technical operation of a particular software, please contact the provider directly.
- 👉 At AVDI, our focus is on teaching you what to estimate and how to accurately assess vehicle damage, so you can confidently apply those skills to any platform. Our one-on-one remote tutoring can help students practice writing estimates within their chosen software platform. However, please note that this support does not include guarantees, certificates, or legal proof of completion of specific third parts software programs. This is not an AVDI-specific rule—it is a matter of adhering to the legal standards of conduct and professionalism set by third-party software providers. As a training organization, we focus on teaching the skills of accurate vehicle damage appraisal, while respecting the licensing restrictions of proprietary platforms.
- Guarantees apply only to tuition paid directly to AVDI for online courses.
- Guarantees do not cover third-party fees (e.g., equipment, software, or external certification costs).
- Abuse of the guarantee (e.g., enrolling with no intent to complete) may result in denial of a refund.
- If a refund request is accepted, the GOAVDI completion certification is no longer valid.

Refund requests are reviewed by AVDI's administration. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original form of payment.

By enrolling in any GOAVDI training program, you acknowledge and consent to GOAVDI verifying and disclosing your course completion status to employers who submit accurate identifying information about you (including, but not limited to, your full name and email address). This disclosure is limited to verification of course completion for legitimate employment or credentialing purposes only.
If you wish to opt out of this disclosure, you must submit a written request via email to [email protected] prior to or during your enrollment period. Once your opt-out request has been received and confirmed, GOAVDI will not release your completion information to any employer or third party.
